Open Wide Dental Leeming is a preferred provider to the following health fund programs. As a preferred provider you will be entitled to the maximum allowable benefits from your health fund for all services at our practice.
- HBF – HBF Member plus Dental Provider
- MediBank Private – Medibank Members Choice Network Provider
- BUPA – Bupa Members First Network Provider
- HCF – HCF More for Teeth Program Provider
- CBHS – CBHS Choice Network Provider
Whilst we are preferred providers to the above health fund programs, we welcome all health funds.
We also welcome private patients who have no health fund cover.
Payment Options
Payment methods are Cash, EFTPOS, Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard) or AMEX.
Payment is expected in full at the completion of each visit.
Our practice offers you the convenience of HICAPS for instant health fund claims. After your treatment, your health fund card is simply swiped through our HICAPS terminal. If there is a gap on your treatment, you then pay the difference on the day.
Depending on which health fund you are with, we can also provide instant quotes using HICAPS. We can inform you of the amount claimable from your health fund before treatment.
HICAPS saves you the inconvenience of lodging your claim directly with your health fund or calling and waiting for them to reply.
